Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Origin

All Valoura products are shipped directly from our partner facilities in China. This allows us to offer high-quality products at fair prices, but it does mean shipping takes longer than local delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Shipping time: 15–20 business days
• Total estimated delivery: approximately 16–23 business days from order date

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs processing, and local courier handling.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes during sale periods. We monitor all shipments closely and will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.
